With Amerden Environmental you can be assured that our surveyors will only provide the highest of standards and you can rest easy when allowing our surveyors into your home or business. All our surveyors and staff are checked against criminal reference bureau records and each member of our team must supply three forms of identification before they are allowed to work with us.
All our domestic and commercial surveyors are trained to an advanced level and must spend 1 week in the classroom before they are signed off by us. They are regularly tested and must prove they meet the minimum expected levels of competency and knowledge.
All our staff carry Amerden Environmental Identification cards. These are plastic cards issued by us which cannot be tampered with or amended. We do not use paper based ID cards. Each ID card will contain the surveyor’s picture, name, ID number, date of issue etc as shown below.
Our Assurances on Customer Saftey
If you are unsure about the surveyor visiting you please call our helpline on 01753 569039 to confirm the identification of the surveyor. Our staff have been trained to expect this and don’t mind waiting at the door whilst their ID is checked.
With Amerden Environmental you can be assured of your safety and discretion and if you’re unsure about any of our staff and do not feel comfortable allowing them into your home, then please do not allow them in without completing the above checks.
